Description
During this 1-day course, you receive a regulatory review and update on new asbestos legislation pertinent to asbestos contractors/supervisors. Beneficial features of this course include experienced instructors who personally train smaller student workgroups, as well as an overview of OSHA, AHERA, NESHAP, work practices, safety, and air monitoring which gives you the opportunity to interact with your peers and course instructors.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of re-accreditation as an Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor.
This course complies with Title II of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and is approved under the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Model Accreditation Program, Chapter 33-15-13 of the North Dakota Air Pollution Control Rules and by the State of Minnesota under Minnesota Rules 4620.3700. While our EPA certification is federally recognized, all states have their own requirements, so participants are encouraged to verify whether these courses meet all the necessary criteria.
