Our asbestos training program is accredited by the EPA, Minnesota Department of Health and North Dakota Department of Health for initial and re-certification courses including Supervisor, Inspector/Management Planner, Project Designer and Worker. ETI also provides full OSHA compliance training including Class III Operations & Maintenance and Class IV Awareness Level training.
All asbestos courses except those in the Asbestos Awareness group comply with Title II of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and are approved under Chapter 33-15-13 of the North Dakota Air Pollution Control Rules and by the State of Minnesota under Minnesota Rules 4620.3700. While we do provide federally recognized EPA certification, all states have their own requirements, so participants are encouraged to verify whether these courses meet all the necessary criteria.
All asbestos courses (initial & refreshers), except worker, are eligible to receive ABIH certification maintenance points.
