Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of accreditation as an Asbestos Worker under TSCA Title II/AHERA.
This course complies with Title II of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and is approved under the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Model Accreditation Program, Chapter 33-15-13 of the North Dakota Air Pollution Control Rules and by the State of Minnesota under Minnesota Rules 4620.3700. While our EPA certification is federally recognized, all states have their own requirements, so participants are encouraged to verify whether these courses meet all the necessary criteria.
