University of North Dakota Environmental Training Institute (ETI) has teamed up Novus Facility & Response Management, Inc. to provide a full suite of COVID-19 Training and Management Services for building owners, property management companies, government agencies, cleaning companies and remediation contractors.

Services include:
COVID-19 Training
COVID-19 Awareness Level Training (1 Hour) – Training is designed to provide an accurate overview of the virus, including background information, health effects, transmittal methods, safe work practices, personal protective equipment and proper decontamination. In-person, live webinar format, or as a self-paced online course delivery are all options for the this course.
COVID-19 General Cleaning (2 Hour) – This course expands on the Awareness Level Training but including training topics for employees who will perform general coronavirus cleaning and disinfecting activities. In-person, live webinar format, or as a self-paced online course delivery are all options for the this course.
COVID-19 Advanced Cleaning & Decontamination (varies) – This is designed to teach cleaning and remediation workers how to effectively decontaminate work and living spaces using state of the art procedures. Training will also include advanced PPE training. This course is available in-person only due to hands-on training components.
COVID-19 Environmental Testing (2 Hour) – Provides an overview on testing options for evaulation of surfaces, pre-cleaning testing and post-cleaning verification testing. This class will cover numerous testing methods including ATP and protein swabs as well as Real-time PCR testing including onsite and laboratory based analysis methods.
